When I hit rock bottom in my life at 25 years old while navigating serious health issues, I came to the realisation that I had no idea who I was. I thought that I had a strong sense of identity and self-worth, but when life fell out from underneath me I was confronted to find I had built it all upon external and fickle things like my looks, achievements, career, relationships and labels. Through my intense suffering, life was beckoning me inward, to rediscover the true me, the real me, life was calling me Home. Here I am, over 8 years into my inward journey and what I have discovered along the way has been nothing short of magnificent. As I moved through my shadows and peeled back the veils of life to reveal the wholly worthy and creative Soul that I am, I discovered that this wasn’t just my path… it was our path. It is now my greatest honour to be a Guide to other women just like yourself as you embark upon this inward voyage.
